Tips for whitening teeth

If you’re like me, you love the way that having bright white teeth can make you feel. After all, for many of us, our smile is our best asset, so we want to be able to make the most of it. This is evident in the teeth bleaching advertisements that have been flooding the media recently. Fortunately, there are a number of ways to keep your teeth looking white and healthy without having to resort to chemical bleaching treatments. Eat crunchy vegetables. Vegetables that have a crunch to them will help abrade away stains, keeping your teeth white. These vegetables include cucumbers, celery, broccoli, and carrots. So, make like Bugs Bunny, and chew your way to whiter teeth. Use a baking soda paste. Baking soda is a harmless substance that you can use to whiten your teeth. Use it in addition to your regular toothpaste, and you’ll find that stains will fade over time, and that excess plaque will also be killed. Just be careful when brushing this mixture around sensitive gums. Cut back on the tea and coffee. As wonderful as these taste, they’re notorious for staining teeth, so you might want to limit your intake. Similarly, drinks with a high acid content, such as wine, and carbonated drinks, can damage tooth enamel, so if you want strong, healthy teeth, you’ll want to drink these in moderation. If you’re a smoker, this is one that you definitely want to cut out. Smoking stains the enamel of your teeth, and can cause other dental and gum problems, too. For the health of your teeth, and your overall health, try giving the cigarettes a miss. Last, be aware that some commonly used whitening treatments can actually damage your tooth enamel, so be careful in the treatments that you try. Using lemon juice, lye, and peroxide can affect your tooth enamel, so be careful when using any treatments than involve these substances. If you want to use something stronger than the treatments mentioned above, definitely consult your dentist.
I am, as per normal, going to complain about something. And this one is about laser hair removal uk. Has our culture really gotten to the point where we need to go under a highly concentrated laser to get ride of something so petty as hair? I mean the self-absorption today is absurd! My friend Abril just had this done, and raved about it being such a time saver. Surely she could save a lot more time if she had just stopped caring about petty things like that and just move on with her life. I mean I can kind of grasp cosmetic surgery if there is something that is really having a major influence your life, but hair, I mean really guys, surely this can’t actually matter enough to spend that much
